1. Digital Product Policy

All products sold on JuicyPedal.com are digital downloads and become accessible immediately after purchase. Due to their digital nature, they cannot be returned once delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in the following cases:

• You did not receive your product within 24 hours of purchase.
  
• The file is corrupted, inaccessible, or does not match the description.
  
• A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
  

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@juicypedal.com and including your order number.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after download.
  
• Inability to use the product due to lack of software knowledge or device issues.
  
• Download problems caused by poor connectivity or user error.
  

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
